The PADI Divemaster course is your first level of professional training. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you will perfect your diving techniques, how to master the motionless flotation effortlessly, and improve your rescue techniques so that you anticipate and solve easily the most common problems. You will increase your knowledge of diving, your management skills and supervision so that you become a model for divers around the world.
As a PADI Divemaster, you will guide other divers when you supervise diving activities and help with diver training. Whether you want to work in a remote dive destination or near your home in a local diving business, the adventure of your life awaits you. The PADI Divemasters are respected dive professionals who are affiliated with the world's largest and most respected diving training organization - PADI.
PADI Rescue Divers who are at least 18 years of age can participate in the PADI Divemaster course. You also need to have:
Training of Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) within the last 24 months.
A medical statement signed by a doctor within the last 12 months.
At least 40 registered dives in the diving logbook to start the course and 60 dives to get the certification.
